Pear Cardamom Compote

Serves: 4


  • 4 ripe pears

  • 3 seeds of Cardamom

  • Vanilla extract


Caramel: 3 tablespoons of Caramelicious Salted caramel 



- Peel the pears and cut them into dice

- Add all ingredients in a hot pan and cook the pear until they're soft. 

- Serve in 4 bowls and enjoy!
