What sort of payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa card via PayPal, Bank transfer.
When paying via PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment portal to finalise payment.
Are my credit card and bank details secure?
At no time do we record your credit card informationon our site. When you purchase products at Caramelicious website, your payment details are processed securely by the PayPal gatewat which has the highest possible level of SSL security. We keep a secure record of your order details until your order is dispatched in case any changes occur with your order. After this, your payment details are not stored.
We know that people are busy and can't always be available to receive a delivery (no matter how delicious it might be), so we're more than happy to deliver to reception/post room/security areas and accept signatures from authorised representatives. For deliveries to hospitals, it's best to check that they will accept the items you've ordered.
Parcel Delivery, Monday - Thursday
Once an order is received we will process the order between 1-2 business days. We will send your delicious caramels to you via Express Post and ship from Monday to Thursday to ensure that your precious cargo is not left sitting in hot locations accross the week-end and should be at your designated shipping address in 1-5 days.
All options include a tracking number that is sent to you when your order is shipped.
If you're ordering for yourself or for a special someone outside of Australia, our delivery time will take up to 10 working days and unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery on specific dates. We have no control on temperature or conditions of your order in transit, so cannot accept responsibility for damaged products.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If you wish to specify a delivery date then please enter in Order Notes and please send you request to email@example.com and we will make our best effort to modify your order, you can always call the office on 0411 197 388 Monday - Friday 10am - 4:00pm.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase products from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain products to you. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the products you purchase.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
