Caramelicious Trifle Granola 

Serves: 4 


  • 8 tablespoons of granola

  • 20cl cream

  • Cardamom

  • Vanilla extract


Caramel: 4 tablespoons of Caramelicious Salted caramel 



- 30 mins before starting cooking place a mixing bowl and the set of beaters of the mixer in the fridge.

- Take them out and pour the cold cream into it, and whisk very slowly.

- When it starts becoming a whipped cream, add the vanilla extract and cardamom and whisk quickly until the cream becomes thick.

- Leave to set in the fridge.

- In each glass, add 2 tablespoon of granola, one big tablespoon of the whipped cream and generously pour add some Caramelicious spread on top.
